AAI can discover links and pages on an authorised website so that users do not have to enter every URL manually.
Discovery results should be reviewed before deciding which pages belong in active accessibility management.
Choosing Managed Pages
- Prioritise critical customer journeys.
- Include important forms and transactions.
- Include templates or page types used widely across the site.
- Include login, checkout, booking, account and service pages where relevant.
- Expand coverage as priorities and plan capacity allow.
If pages are missing
A page may be absent because it is not linked publicly, requires authentication, is blocked by robots or anti-bot protection, or is rendered in a way that prevents normal discovery.
