Why users may see different options
AAI menus and actions are permission-aware. Package entitlements, organisation membership, domain assignments and user roles can all affect what is visible.
Things to check
- Confirm the user accepted the correct invitation.
- Confirm they are signed in with the invited email address.
- Confirm the organisation membership is active.
- Confirm the correct domain assignment exists.
- Confirm their role includes the action they are trying to perform.
