Manual testing

Using the Review Queue

Review accessibility evidence that needs a human decision before remediation or closure.

Purpose

The Review Queue provides a controlled place for items that need human judgement.

A reviewer can examine the evidence and determine the appropriate next step.

Possible outcomes

  • Confirm that the item represents a real accessibility failure.
  • Create a Developer Action.
  • Decide that the check should pass.
  • Mark the check Not Applicable.
  • Request clearer evidence.
  • Close the review without further action where justified.
