Common roles
- Domain Manager — manages domain-level activity and configuration.

- Reporter / Viewer — reviews information without broad management privileges.
Least privilege
Give users only the access required for their role. External developers and testers do not need unrestricted access to unrelated organisations or domains.
Removing access
Review team membership regularly and remove or revoke access when a person no longer requires it.
